Tap and Denise served from 1998 to 2006. They started the church with two couples and a few singles after the former Mexican pastor resigned.gfh

In 2003 Jimmy Watson came to candidate for this church while finishing Bible school in North Carolina. After raising support and one year of language school the church was turned over to the Watsons in September 2006.
